Meet the Founder
Elena is an architect, a graduate from the Architectural Association, with over 20 years of experience across the architecture, construction and commercial real estate sectors, including more than a decade specialising in workplace and commercial property. Having led design teams and overseen hundreds of projects from initial concept through to construction at speed, her understanding extends beyond design to encompass cost, programme and delivery.
Through this multidisciplinary experience, a deep understanding has developed of how to quickly unlock the potential of underutilised spaces, maximise value and improve efficiency while balancing commercial and practical constraints. Through Threshold, Elena applies this expertise to residential properties, identifying opportunities for optimisation and providing high-level architectural design that enhance functionality, efficiency and long-term value.
